Step 1: Receiving Your Account Invitation

  1. Invitation Email: When you’re added as a user, you’ll receive an invitation email. It may appear with images disabled—click "Download Pictures" to view the email clearly.
  2. Accepting the Invitation: Click the "Accept" button in the email, or use the provided direct link if the button doesn’t work.
  3. Opening the Dashboard: Your default browser will open, taking you to the dashboard.

Step 2: Setting Up Your Password

  1. Create a Password: The dashboard will prompt you to create a password.
    • Enter a strong password and click "Submit."
  2. Access Your Account: After submission, you’ll be directed to your account's location page, where you can start managing your settings and information.

Step 3: Navigating Your Account

  • Account Overview: Click on your initials in the top-right corner to see options such as:
    • Locations
    • Leads
    • Settings
    • Sign Out
  • Changing Your Password: Go to "Settings" to update your password anytime.

Step 4: Resetting Your Password

If you forget your password, follow these steps:

  1. Visit the Dashboard: Go to dashboard.personalseo.com.
  2. Click "Forgot Password":
    • Enter your email address and click "Send Password Reset."
    • Check your inbox for the reset email.
  3. Reset Your Password:
    • Open the email and click "Reset Password."
    • Enter a new password and confirm it.
